Release Train Engineer

A Certified SAFe® 6 Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a servant leader and coach responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of value in an Agile Release Train (ART) or Value Stream in a Lean-Agile Enterprise. Key areas of competency include: facilitating Program-level ceremonies, leading program execution, coaching ARTs in Relentless Improvement, creating Transparency using Metrics to drive positive change, and facilitating the resolution of dependencies, impediments, and risks.

Certified Scrum Professional® ScrumMaster & Product Owner

A CSP®-SM possesses a significant level of expertise and experience in implementing Scrum in various complex projects and environments. The CSP®-SM acts as a coach and mentor for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development Teams, helping them improve their practices and overcome challenges.
The CSP®-SM works beyond the team level, engaging with the broader organization to promote agile adoption and transformation. They collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for scaling Scrum and improving organizational agility.

ICAgile Certified Professional

An ICAgile Coaching Agile Transformations (ICP-CAT) certified professional possesses a deep understanding of the complexities involved in transforming organizations to agile ways of working. They have extensive experience in agile coaching and transformation, often having worked with multiple teams and organizations to implement and scale agile practices.

Transparency

All the members involved in the system including the CEO, the contributors, the team, and the customers are open to each other in their day to day dealings. They need to be honest with what they want and must not have any hidden agenda, seeking personal interest. Preferably, a common goal should be the main driving force.

Inspection

Regular inspection from each and every member of the team involved puts up serious quality control in the entire process. The inspection of the process, workflow, the associated progress along a particular algorithm, is also essential to impart transparency to all the dynamic aspects involved. Self-inspection by the team, into the process and products developed, helps them assess the possible deviations, and where work is needed to adapt according to the consumer and market needs.

Adaption

The result of the inspection often affects the way the system is adapted. The ability to adapt, on the other hand is at the hands of the working team. All the while it is essential to keep in mind the fundamental tenets of an agile system. The ability to adapt and deliver appropriately results in better and faster availability in the market, increased investment, enhanced product quality and satisfaction to both the customer and employee.
